Chef Stefano

Stefano has long been passionate about cooking and delights in learning about foreign cuisine. He often travels to foreign countries and attends cookery courses to practice his language skills and learn about different foods and methods of cookery.

He enjoys fusing flavours and tastes and preparing colourful and well-presented dishes, appealing to the eye.

So much is his passion for food that he went to Puglia, in the South of Italy, and recorded a pilot programme on Cookery, culture and property from Puglia called “The Italian Way”, which shows Stefano cooking some famous Southern Italia dishes.

He aims to open his Italian Cookery School and Spa in the not too distant future! You can follow him on Facebook and Instagram.
